Founded in 2004, the BTI Group consists of two companies: the parent company BTIsolatsioon OÜ and its subsidiary BTI Service OÜ. Both companies share a common mission: to deliver high-quality results in the industrial insulation market. BTIsolatsioon OÜ manufactures insulation cover panels and other sheet metal products, supplies industrial insulation products, and offers related installation tools and hand tools.

BTI Service OÜ is a leading provider of technical insulation and scaffolding services in the industrial construction sector. We offer a wide range of industrial insulation services. Our goal is to find the best solution for every insulation project based on customer needs and to ensure high-quality implementation, resulting in energy efficiency, reliability, and environmental sustainability.

In 2023, the group expanded its operations by establishing a new subsidiary in Finland, Premium Eristys Oy, and another in Estonia, BTI Partner OÜ. We perform technical insulation work in Estonia and internationally, focusing on achieving high-quality results and meeting deadlines. Our quality work has earned the trust of many large corporations and established our reputation as a reliable partner.

CURRENT INSULATION PROJECTS

France – DS Smith Rouen Paper Mill – 56 MW Biomass Boiler. Insulation Work 2024-2025

Insulation and scaffolding work for the boiler, ducts, pipelines, and equipment. The estimated project scope includes 9,000 m² of insulation work and 25,000 m³ of scaffolding work and material supply for the entire construction project.

Borealis Polymers – Kilpilahti Production Unit. Cold insulation work begins in 2024

Cold insulation and scaffolding work for the butadiene liquid gas storage tank and pipelines. The estimated project scope includes 2,000 m² of insulation work and 15,000 m³ of scaffolding work and material supply for the entire construction project.

Sweden – Various Counties. Insulation Work Begins in 2024

Insulation work for 10 electrostatic precipitators, flue gas ducts, and pipelines. The total project scope is 3,800 m² of insulation work.
