BTIsolatsioon OÜ is implementing a project co-funded by the European Union. The project aims to improve the company’s resource efficiency and competitiveness by investing in innovative and environmentally friendly processing and lifting equipment.
Project Objective
The objective of the project is to increase the resource efficiency and competitiveness of the metal manufacturing company by acquiring innovative and environmentally friendly processing and lifting equipment.
Project Results
As a result of the project:
- sheet metal cutting waste and production scrap will be reduced by 48%;
- significant energy savings will be achieved;
- sheet metal consumption per product unit will decrease;
- productivity will increase thanks to a 67% higher cutting speed;
- manual labour requirements will be significantly reduced;
- product quality and workplace cleanliness will be improved.
